I want to take the time to thank both of you for going above and beyond for us. People don’t do that kind of stuff anymore these days. Although we are not walking away with the keys to our first home, you have absolutely set a standard going forward. You both have made sure that you have been very clear cut but professional at the same time as to what the financial limits were and were very honest with us. I felt like prior to meeting you both we had bad experiences on both sides of the buying side and I had been leery about going through it again. I really thank you both for what you did and being very upfront to us because as you stated John, “you are dealing with peoples lively hoods” and it makes life so much easier if its done right the first time.
