While shooting my movie I got to chatting with a lady at the pool and she said she lives in her home at Magnolia Lakes for half of the year and commented that the community is great for second homes. Funny thing to say, because my buyers are both purchasing for just that reason. They wanted a gated community that they could feel safe leaving while they are up north.

I smile when homeowners “gush” over how they love living in this community. One of the original buyers was telling me how involved they are with the women’s groups. She went into detail about the monthly socials the community has and how there are always weekly game nights. She wanted that “neighborly” appeal and certainly receives it here.
