Elaine,
I am an owner of a townhome in East Lake Village and the pet policy is for 2 pets. I have two pugs and have had them since before I purchased my unit in 2006.

I was told of the 2-story single family units, selling for about $75K in foreclosure. What are these units selling for normally (not in foreclosure or short-sale)? Are they difficult to rent?

I was very interested in East Lake Village utill a real estate person told me that there is a one pet policy. I have two small poodles (under 15 pounds each). Is the agent correct? Could I petition the HOA since these dogs are so small? I would appreciate any help you can give me.

Thank you,
